All purchases are prepaid by PayPal.


PayPal is a payment service provider owned by eBay. It has over 100 million users worldwide and many companies use their payment service. Using PayPal is easy and fast. Payments are made with only a couple of clicks and the money is immediately transferred to the sellers PayPal account. Continue reading here.



The shipping cost is a fixed cost for the private consumer and based on the currency and country you are shipping to. It will be displayed in the shopping cart before the final step of check-out. Shipping costs are subject to change.

Delivery Time

We send your order the same day if it is processed before 9 am CET. All products with "Available" are in stock will be sent immediately. 

The products are packed in our offices in Sweden and are sent through couriers.

Approximate Delivery:
  • Sweden 1-2 days
  • Nordic countries 2-4 days
  • Europe 2-7 days
  • Rest of the world 4-14 days

Due to the postal service delivery times varying, we only present approximate delivery times.

Unclaimed Packages

In case of an unclaimed package, you will be charged both for the delivery and the return. 



All our prices are displayed for all products available. Prices to consumers are VAT inclusive. Prices are subject to change.



When we have received your order an e-mail will be sent to you automatically with information about your order. In case of any problems arising, please have the order confirmation at hand when contacting customer service.


Personal Data

Linnéashopen is responsible for the personal information you are providing us when buying products in the webshop. The personal data information is stored in accordance with the General data protection regulation (GDPR). 

Linnéashopen does not forward your information to any third parties. Important to know that we are according to the Personal Data Act of Sweden, we are not allowed to store any information regarding the credit card information used upon your purchase.

According to Swedish consumer laws, online purchasing allows the consumer the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days. To be able to use the right of withdrawal, it requires that the product is not opened, used or destroyed.

If you wish to use the right of withdrawal, please contact Linnéashopen by e-mail, order@linneashopen.se, or telephone, +46 (0)18 18 28 33. To make the withdrawal as smooth as possible we need the name of product and order number, which will be necessary to add inside the return package. The customer will pay for the shipping cost and is responsible for the product until it has been received by Linnéashopen. The refund will be reversed to the same credit card used for the original payment.

The product has to be packed well (adequately in the original packing as sent from Lineashopen). Eventual transport damages, which are due to insufficient packing, will be debited to you as a customer.

If you have received the wrong product, kindly contact Linnéashopen within 30 days of your purchase. You will receive a return ticket by e-mail, order@linneashopen.se, or telephone, +46 (0)18 18 28 33. The customer will pay for the shipping cost and is responsible for the product until it has been received by Linnéashopen.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

(If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all VAT will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Linnéashopen. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchanges made to destinations outside of the EU will be submitted to the same customs procedures, therefore applicable for duty and tax again.)


Changing or Canceling Orders

Should you wish to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

We allow for changes and cancellations until the order has been packed. The change can be done by sending an e-mail to order@linneashopen.se or call us on +46 (0)18 18 28 33.


Faulty/Damaged Product

If you notice any damages to the consignment or package you should report this promptly to the postal office or courier and fill in the required damage report. Do not claim the package if you see the damage immediately. If you have any questions or problems please let us know at order@linneashopen.se or +46 (0)18 18 28 33.


In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.
