What: Basic water safety. The student must, without buoyancy aids, leave the edge or the adult by falling forward, in deep water for the student, get his head under the water, turn around and get back to the starting position. Repeat three times.

Why: Basic water safety label. The student learns to get to safety.

How: It is important that the student has deep water! Swimming instructor or other adult can hold the student standing in their hands and let,

-the student fall forward in the water, or let

-the student fall in from the edge.

Floating aids should not be used.
